Price: £40

This package is suitable for babies and toddlers from 6 months to 5 years. Trouble settling at bedtime? Regular night waking? Early waking (before 6am)? Struggling to get naps in? Sounds like this package is for you!

What's included? 

• An assessment of your needs and requirements

• A detailed, bespoke sleep plan on how to improve you child's sleep

• A 1 hour video call to discuss the plan 

• One 30 minute troubleshooting phone call to be claimed within three weeks of the consultation call

• A PDF on sleep needs to help you ensure your baby is always getting enough sleep

• Option to add 'support weeks'- One week of Whatsapp support to implement the plan.

Additional support weeks: £60 per week

This package is for those with sleep troubles who would like to implement their plan with lots of support. You'll have access to my support for three weeks to ask as many questions as you like! This is great for parents who feel they'll need someone checking in regularly and keeping them on track.

• A detailed, bespoke sleep plan on how to improve you child's sleep

• A 1 hour video call to discuss the plan 

• A PDF on sleep needs to help you ensure your baby is always getting enough sleep

• Three weeks of unlimited support via Whatsapp, plus an optional 30 minute phone call per week to discuss progress in depth

• Access to a sleep tracker

• One troubleshooting call to be claimed within 6 months of receiving your plan
